Established in 2018 by a friend/ professional duo, the CEO and CCO of this tech company created an engagement platform which allows companies' employers to express their thoughts and feelings through simple and yet exquisite technology.

Since bringing their product to market, the duo and their growing team have partnered with household company names that would impress anyone!

As the company is growing massively (both through the development team, sales team and through their product), they are now on the hunt for a talented Full Stack JavaScript Developer (React, Typescript and NodeJS) who can hit the ground running, share their values, and help build clean code.

The Role:

As their JavaScript Developer, you will specialise in Typescript, Node and React whilst taking a leading role in new features and designs. Furthermore, you will also be tasked to take a leading role in developing the development culture, processes, and automations whilst building key features in React, Typescript and NodeJS.

Moreover, this is a role that will have you helping structure data models whilst keeping yourself up to date and well versed in the latest JavaScript tech stack.

What character would you play within the company?

As their next JavaScript Developer, you will have to practice your excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation skills since you will be working within a close-knit team who value culture as well as professional skill. With this in mind, you will need to be able to understand the needs of your teammates whilst also being able to explain your own POV.

Moreover, you will need to be a JavaScript Developer who is a believe in SCRUM methodologies. As the team grows quickly, you will need to help non-technical colleagues by following a scrum methodology and being an ambassador/ champion of this process.
