LMS & DMS Administrator

If you are someone who has experience in LMS & DMS in Human Resources area and looking for part time work on a contract basis then I have a position that allows you to work for a Global Leader in the Pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements:

  • Completed training in the commercial area
  • Learning Management System experience highly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Creation and coordination of SOPs for the areas of finance, human resources and business excellence, as well as the creation and maintenance of document workflows in LEADS
  • Creation and maintenance of learning programs in LEADs (Learning and Document Management System.
  • Support in the creation of induction plans for superiors and technical responsibility for incorporation into LEADs. As well as the chargeback of the learning programs
  • Creation of KPI reports.
  • Training planning for hygiene, BtM and GMP advanced training for the location. Training planning and coordination for the quality area.
  • Maintenance of GMP passports for every employee in the area
