About the role:
We have exciting opportunities to join our team of Meter Readers where you'll be delivering unrivalled customer experience, helping us to achieve our business vision of being National Leader within the Water Industry. We're looking to our people to drive our vision forward and to provide the highest standards of service to our customers.
We'll provide you with the opportunity and support to learn and develop skills which will enable you to succeed within the role.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake timely and accurate meter reads across our region
- Provide excellent customer service including answering questions about water
consumption and replacing or repairing meters where required
use our systems to complete daily tasks and to communicate with colleagues
We need people who are happy to work flexibly between 7am and 8pm Monday to Sunday
and as a company van is provided, you must have a full and valid manual driving licence.
You will:
- Be provided with a company vehicle, you take your vehicle home each day, but it is
for business use only
- Be provided with a uniform and full PPE
- Be responsible for ensuring safety standards are consistently delivered
- A full UK driving licence will be required
