Regional Recruitment Lead - Independent Fostering Agency

NonStop Care is looking to recruit for a Regional Recruitment Lead who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency on an ongoing contract basis.

In this role, you will be joining one of the most reputable children's charities. They have a very good Ofsted and they are very supportive.

This is an ongoing contract role, so you will be in a secure position.

Responsibilities:

The Regional Recruitment Lead will be part of the Fostering Assessment Team. In this role, you will be coordinating and quality assuring assessments of potential foster carers. You will be building very good relationships with the foster carers and you will be guiding them through the assessment process.

This is a home based role so you can be based anywhere in the UK. They are mostly working from home so the majority of the meetings will be virtual.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are an experience Social Worker or Manager and if you have quality assurance skills, especially within an Independent Fostering Agency. You will have experience in fostering assessment. You will also have a driving license.
