Flexible home working -Supervising Social Worker (Permanent)

Nonstop Care is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Supervising Social Worker to join a Therapeutic Fostering Agency in the East of England.

The agency is well known for its Therapeutic Approach. They also offer fantastic training and development programmes which provides more progression opportunities. This offers you the opportunity to learn more, boost your confidence and making you more employable in the future.

Responsibilities:

As a Supervising Social Worker you will be responsible for supervising and supporting Foster carers, including making visits to the fostering household at least monthly plus x2unannounced visits per year.

With flexible home working opportunities you will only need to travel to the office once a week offering you a better work-life balance.

Requirements:

To be considered you must have at least 1 years experience in Fostering, Adoption or LAC. You will have a good understanding and knowledge of Fostering Legislation, Safeguarding and also have a keen interest in working therapeutically. The successful candidate must all hold a Full UK Driving licence.
