Criminal/Family Solicitor (Permanent)

A highly regarded law firm based in Doncaster is currently seeking a qualified Criminal / Family Solicitor, however, they would also consider a Crime Solicitor with another specialism such as conveyancing depending on the candidate.

Their Essential Requirement is that the candidate must meet the supervisor standard for LAA Crime, however, they are not Duty Solicitors so it's a good opportunity for a Duty Solicitor who wants to escape the Duty Solicitor regime .

The firm will need you to have the required experience to be a Supervisor in Crime and you may currently be a Duty Solicitor . They can offer you the opportunity to escape the Duty Solicitor Scheme which they no longer undertake as a firm .

In addition, they have a strong national reputation in undertaking Miscarriages of Justice Cases and Prison Law which they offer you experience in and along with this they are also instructed nationally to defend false allegations cases .

Along with the above, they will also offer supervisor training if you have the necessary court and police attendances to supervise but lack supervisor training . In addition they have a strong track record in investing in our people and they will help you with further accreditation's such as higher rights or to further your experience in other practice areas.
