Hours: 16 - 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 2-5 days per week Monday to Sunday)

About the role:

Your main duty is to ensure that the pot wash area is kept clean and tidy and that all the washing up is done as efficiently as possible but more specifically you'll need to:

• Organise the pots, crockery, cutlery etc. to keep the dishwasher running
• Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised in line with the cleaning schedules
• Make sure the Head Chef is kept informed of any maintenance issues
• Ensure the kitchen complies with food hygiene policies
• This is a physically demanding job and so you will need to be physically fit
