Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Salary: OTE of £100,000 per annum

Our client is a leading player in the home improvements field and has a clear vision of the success factors critical to the delivery of business excellence and first class customer service. As a result of ongoing growth and expansion, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in the South East to work with a team of self-employed designers in a fast paced, sales and customer focused environment.

With proven experience in direct sales or in a fast paced retail environment, you'll need to demonstrate that you can develop and lead a remote sales team ensuring they deliver sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Ideally you will have a background in direct to consumer sales, preferably in a sector where the sales process is conducted in the customer's home.

With a strong track record in coaching and developing people to achieve daily sales targets and deliver first class customer service, candidates must also demonstrate where they have made a positive contribution in developing a strong teamwork and shared responsibility culture.

This role demands a candidate who will exude determination, a passion for sales achievement along with a passion for excellence.

The role offers OTE of £100k plus benefits along with a full training programme to support the learning of our product and services.
