Private Client Legal Secretary (Permanent)

We are recruiting for a Private Client Legal Secretary on behalf of one of our clients, who are a well-established law firm providing services across a diverse range of law areas. With offices across West Lancashire & Merseyside they have a fantastic reputation, priding themselves on their outstanding service which has resulted in a multitude of repeat business across their wide range of legal services. They are passionate about providing their clients with successful outcomes and look to recruit people of the same ethos.

Based at their Southport office, the role is purely focusing within the area of Private Client and the successful Legal Secretary will have a background in this area to enable them to hit the ground running. Reporting to the Senior Solicitor, you will be responsible for supporting the team with a variety of administrative duties. This will include but not be limited to the following:

• Typing legal correspondence
• The administration of Wills & LPA's
• Communicating with solicitors, clients and court personnel
• Scheduling court depositions, hearings and other meetings
• Making travel arrangements for the solicitors
• Managing the CRM

With previous experience as a Private Client Secretary you will have the ability to prioritise and organise a demanding workload. You will possess a courteous and professional demeanour with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A strong sense of discretion is paramount for this role alongside the passion & dedication to meet tight deadlines.
