Our client an established Law firm based in West Yorkshire is looking for a talented Legal PA to support its sister company in Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a niche firm that offer support to other businesses in relation to HR, Employment Law, and Health and Safety.

As the newly appointed Legal PA /Senior Secretary you will provide an elite level of secretarial support to a team of fee earners handling a range of Employment Law Matters.

Prior experience as a Legal Executive Assistant, PA or Senior Secretary is essential. Together with a working knowledge of Employment Law. As you will be working closely with a team of directors and fee earners within the team you should be very confident in abilities and have organisational skills that are second to none. From day one, you should be able to hit the ground running, enjoy a challenge and above all can form successful working relationships.

Exceptional client care is of paramount importance to our client and its key that as the newly appointed Legal PA/Secretary you share the same ethos.

The Role will include but not be exclusive to:

* Audio/ Copy typing

* Producing documents,

* Liaising with clients and fee earners

* Diary management

* Working to strict deadlines

* Additional PA duties as and when required

* The role is working full time based in Leeds.
