Our client, a very large and important international CMO, is looking for a head of QA for their UK base.

Role summary:

• Managing crucial Quality functions at a key site of the business;
• Maintaining and developing the functions of the department according to strategic business objectives;
• Key player in achieving the overall outcome pursued by the Quality department;

Candidate requirements:

• Degree in life sciences;
• Strong experience in small molecules pharma manufacturing QA, at management level;
• Availability to work from the office location 5 days a week;
• Good leadership experience;
• Strong people skills, ability to lead by example, inspiring personality, influential leader;
• Candidates coming from a CMO background will be preferred;
• Proven ability of dealing with large teams.
