Warehouse Operative (Permanent)

Kenect Recruitment are currently recruiting for new or experienced Warehouse Operative / Pickers & Packers to join our established Warehouse & Distribution client based in Magna Park - Lutterworth.

Due to continued expansion they are looking to add a large amount of workers to their team on a full-time > permanent basis. These roles are not just for Christmas, they are genuine full-time > ongoing positions!

Job Duties:

• Order Picking / Packaging of Goods
• Using LLOP, PPT to collect goods from racking
• Meet pick targets / liaise with management to ensure productive performance
• General warehouse cleaning duties.

We can offer various shifts for this role depending on what best suits you. Not all workers have to part-take in heavy lifting, there are areas of the business where lighter duties can be carried out if this is more beneficial.

Pay-Rates:

AM Shift: £11.00 per hour
Afternoons: £11.28 per hour
Nights: 14.00 per hour

Overtime: £16.92 - £28.00 per hour shift dependant!

Overtime / Weekends are optional not compulsory, so all workers that would like to increase their take-home pay can put their name forwards for these shifts.

Shift start times:

Days: 06:00 - 14:30 (Monday to Friday)
Afternoons: 14:00 - 22:30 (Monday to Friday)
Nights: 22:00 - 06:30 (Sunday to Thursday
