Corporate Solicitor (Permanent)

You will be:

* Responsible for a caseload involving various corporate matters.
* Dealing with an array of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions.


We are looking for:

* The ideal individual will have at least 2 years PQE.
* Strong academics and experience working in a high-level law firm.
* Experience in dealing with a diverse and large caseload.
* Positive attitude, someone with ambition and passion for corporate law, with good technical skills.
