Corporate M&A Solicitor/ Associate | London (Permanent)
The Firm: This London law firm is focused on delivering an exceptional service to ambitious businesses and entrepreneurs. Recognised by the Legal 500 the firm now has around 20 partners leading a team of 90. Their core legal services are: Corporate, Corporate transaction and Commercial Contracts.
The Role: The role would involve General Corporate and M&A work. You will also gain experience in takeovers, Company & Business Sales, Joint ventures and shareholder agreements and commercial contracts. The team also does Capital Market work so if you are wanting to gain experience in this area then the firm can offer you that.
Requirements: The ideal applicant will have good M&A Corporate experience. You will have a broad range of expertise in the following areas:
* Mergers & Acquisitions
* Private equity and venture financing including MBOs and MBIs
* Starting up and managing join venture arrangements
* Company Law and Corporate Government advice
* Business restructuring and insolvency
* Capital Market experience is desirable but not necessary.
Salary & Benefits: The firm offers great exposure to quality corporate and M&A work. The team is also able to give training on Capital Markets work so you have the potentially to widen your corporate experience through the firm.
The salary is based on experience and they will consider all levels of experience.
