Corporate Commercial Solicitor | London (Permanent)
The Firm: This firm has been part of London since 1952 and has specialisms that allows the firm to offer a wide range of legal services to both businesses and individuals. The firm is based in Central London and are currently looking for a Solicitor to join the Corporate Commercial Team.
The Role: The successful candidate will work very closed with the Head of Property in looking after some of the firms larger commercial clients. The role will be working directly with clients including, but not limited to: bridging loan companies; and clients with large portfolios of care homes. Networking and building their own relationships with existing and new clients is encourage by the team.
Requirements: The ideal applicant will be 3 years PQE and have a broad range knowledge and understanding in the following areas;
* Share purchase acquisitions and disposals
* Drafting and reviewing share purchase and sale agreements, business purchase agreements and all ancillary documents including corporate minutes
* Drafting and reviewing shareholder agreements, Joint venture agreements and promotion agreements
* Commercial Financial work including Loan and Security documents and novations
* TUPE and employment matters (desirable but not essential)
Salary: The salary on offer is dependent on experience.
