I have been working with this firm for many years now and they are recruiting for an ambitious Corporate Lawyer 3-6 years' PQE to join their award winning corporate department.

The role:
Your caseload will comprise of high value, complex corporate files from varied sized clients both regionally and nationally. the files will include: M&A, private equity, employee ownership trust sales, demergers, restructures and joint ventures. You will possess excellent client care skills, supporting the team and firm with business continuity. referrals across teams and be an excellent relationship builder and maintainer.
