My client is looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their team in Liverpool. You will possess a minimum of 3 years PQE and will be joining a fantastic Employment and HR team.
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of Employment Law and HR and will have experience of advising SMEs on employment law matters, including drafting contracts of employment, employment handbooks, correspondence with employees and giving telephone advice and you will be an experienced advocate, dealing with TUPE and Employment Tribunals.
The ideal Employment Solicitor will be:

- Managing a busy caseload of employment files
- Communicating with third parties
- Business development
- Advocacy
