We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator for one of our prestigious clients based in Manchester City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very well established HR team, our client is a very reputable SME business who are looking to expand their HR team due to business expansion. Within this role you will provide a full HR Administrative support function covering a wide range of HR tasks, if you are an experienced HR Administrator and looking to build a career within HR this is a great opportunity for you.

Duties will include -

  • Acting as a first point of contact for all HR related enquiries.
  • Providing operation HR Administration support to the HR Manager and HR Advisors.
  • Completing Recruitment administration such as onboarding, advertising company vacancies etc.
  • Responsible for managing HR email inbox.
  • Responsible for ensuring the internal HR database is up to date with employee data such as personal details, payroll details and sickness and absence.
  • Completing any other associated Administration Support as requested by HR colleagues.

Candidates must -

  • Have previous experience as a HR Administrator.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Have good working knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Be a competent user of all Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel.
  • Be able to prioritise your own workload and be able to work to deadlines.
