We are recruiting for one of our leading clients who are a Top 100 law firm in the Manchester area, and they are recruiting for a Corporate Associate/Partner to join their Corporate, Commercial and Banking Department. They have strong company values and are recognised as one of the market leaders across the private client area in England & Wales. This great opportunity has arisen due to a significant increase in workload, and you will be a joining a business that truly value personal development are expected promotion for the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will have experience across all aspects of corporate law including M&A, to lead on transactions and provide support to the wider team when required. Your role is key to provide support and supervision/mentoring of junior members of the team.
