We are recruiting for one of our leading clients who are a Top 100 law firm in the Manchester area, and they are recruiting for an Employment Solicitor. They have strong company values and are recognised as one of the market leaders across the private client area in England & Wales. This great opportunity has arisen due to a significant increase in workload, and you will be a joining a business that truly value personal development.
Their employment team manages advises both business and individuals across all areas of employment law. The team is also ranked in Chambers and The Legal 500.
They are looking for a Solicitor around 4-6 PQE with experience in respondent work and if you have experience in corporate immigration that would be beneficial.
The types of files include:
- Dismissals
- Restrictive covenants
- LTIPS and Share awards
- Bonus payments
- Discrimination
- Notice periods
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
