UX Designer (Permanent)

UX Designer - £50,000-£60,000

London - 100% Remote initially (Max 2 days in the office in future)

This established ecommerce company have a core focus on sustainability, creating ecofriendly products that are healthy for both customers and our planet. They have a brand new role within the digital team for an experienced UX Designer to join their team!

The role:

As their UX Designer you will perform a dynamic and analytical role where you will be working closely with the ecommerce, marketing, and product teams. Moreover, you will have a focus across the online platforms to enhance customer experience in the most efficient way, directly involving users and teams to push the company to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting concept and usability testing and gather feedback.

• Analysing on-site user behavioral data through our analytics suite

• Developing wireframes, high fidelity experiences, interactive prototypes, storyboards and user flows

What you need:

• 3+ years ecommerce experience

• Experience or interest in UX Optimization/conversion

• Proof of working in agile web development processes

• Strong interpersonal skills
