Residential Support Worker (Permanent)
Are you a kind and compassionate Support Worker looking for a new role where every day is different? This role would involve providing support to residents within the home and out in the community and facilitating a happy and supportive atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
- Support development of each resident and ensuring the safety of residents at all times
- Provide a high standard of personal care for each resident
- Construct Person Centered Plans and keep notes and records
- To work alongside members of the Therapeutic team and follow their advice for a consistent package of care
- Joint responsibility for the safeguarding of vulnerable adults
- Administering medication
- Ensuring all relevant paperwork is up to date
- Attend staff meetings as and when required
- Undertake any training required as necessary for the role
Skills and experience required:
- Experience working in residential care
- Good sense of humour and compassionate nature
- Calm natured
- NVQ level 2 or above
- Ability to work early and late shifts and some weekends
