Customer Service Administrator (Permanent)

Acorn Recruitment are searching for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client, a leading manufacturer based in Wrexham, North Wales.

The purpose of the role is to build a good working relationship with Customers, be fully customer focused, understanding the needs of each individual Customer.

Duties will include:

* Processing customer orders and seeing the orders through to the dispatch stage including communicating any urgent requests internally and liaising with the Customers regarding any issues ensuring the Customer is always aware of any potential issues.
* Creating invoices (both Consignment and Standard), understanding the difference between the two.
* Accurately maintaining customer price files.
* Answering phone calls, and reacting efficiently and professionally to customer queries.
* Working closely with other departments to ensure that Customers receive all orders within the delivery lead-time. It is customer service responsibility to ensure that customer demands are fully met by communicating and chasing internal departments for answers and resolutions.
* Investigating and processing customer complaints and invoice queries, which may include the accurate and timely creation of credit notes.
* Organizing returns via our freight forwarders and processing all the relevant documentation.
* KPI and OTIF reporting.
* At all times a high level of customer service must be maintained whilst adhering to all company procedures / rules and processes.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a customer service role managing key accounts and building relationships both internally and externally.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.

Salary is dependent on the level of experience to offer.
