As the successful Court of Protection candidate you will have prior experience within Court of Protection being able to hit the ground running in this area. Working in a busy team you will be responsible for the management of clients property & matters, ensuring you have their best interests at heart at all times and assisting with other matters as and when required.
Ideally you will be FILEX Qualified or a Qualified Solicitor, however applications will be considered from other levels of candidates with court of protection experience.
