Private Client Legal Secretary (Permanent)
A leading firm in the St Helens area are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their Private Client team. They have been established for over 100 years and specialise across a variety of law areas and have a great reputation for their expert legal knowledge & professional service.
This role is purely focusing within the area of Private Client and the successful Legal Secretary will have a background in this area to enable them to hit the ground running. Supporting 2 Solicitors, you will be responsible for supporting the team with a variety of administrative duties. This will include but not be limited to the following:
- Typing legal correspondence
- Communicating with solicitors, clients and court personnel
- Making travel arrangements for the solicitors
- Filing court documents ahead of deadlines
With previous experience as a Private Client Secretary you will have the ability to prioritise and organise a demanding workload. You will possess a courteous and professional demeanour with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A strong sense of discretion is paramount for this role alongside the passion & dedication to meet tight deadlines.
