Employment Legal Secretary - Blackburn: Hybrid Working

A dynamic law firm in the Blackburn area are seeking an Employment Legal Secretary to join their expanding team. Priding themselves on their outstanding relationships with clients and continued repeat business, this firm work to core company values & ethics and seek to employ like-minded people to continue this ethos.

This role is based in their busy Employment team and you will be involved with a diverse range of duties and will be able to hit the ground running with your previous Employment Law experience. This will include but not be limited to the following:

• Liaising with clients and other professionals
• Preparing client care letters and other documentation as required
• Diary management - arranging meetings and appointments
• Handling first line client queries and taking initial steps
• Ensuring that the team runs smoothly, undertaking all admin duties and assisting with other tasks as required

With previous experience as an Employment Legal Secretary you will have the ability to prioritise and organise a demanding workload. You will possess a courteous and professional demeanour with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A strong sense of discretion is paramount for this role alongside the passion & dedication to meet tight deadlines.
