Production Operative (Permanent)

Kenect Recruitment are currently looking for Production Operatives to work out of Woodville for our well established client, working within their production team to produce high quality products whilst meeting production deadlines, ensuring high standards of quality are met throughout and safety protocols are followed.

Location - Woodville

Pay Rate - £10.75 - £11.22 per hour

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Consolidate/ laminate production moulds to a high standard

· Ensure high level of finish and overall appearance of finished product.

· Prioritise and organise workload to ensure customer demands are met.

· Demonstrate flexible attitude to achieve targets.

· Ensure effective department and cross departmental communication at all times

· Promote and maintain a customer service culture where the customer always comes first.

· Promote Health & Safety in the workplace,

· Undertake General duties as required by the production manager

Job Skills & Qualifications:

· Previous experience of GRP production methods preferred but not essential as full training is provided.

· Excellent team working skills

· Good work ethic and willingness to learn

· Good attention to detail and quality

· Exceptional timekeeping and attendance
