Do you have experience working in a busy Telemarketing/ Inside sales and customer service role?

Pall are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to fill the position of Inside Sales Representative in the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing organisation where you will be responsible for retaining and growing the commercial services business in selected regions.


What will the role involve?

* Drive improvement in service contract business including timelines of renewals, warranty conversion and selling new services. Serve as a point of contact to customers, sales, engineers and supplier with the objective of retaining growing business.
* As necessary, provide customers with all necessary information in order to facilitate the service agreement transactions
* Direct sales of contracts, including pricing and proposals. Work closely with the service management and supplier to identify opportunities, provide leads and add service agreements.
* Provide leads to Service Management and Outside Service Sales by leveraging customer purchasing trends on service/ supplies/ parts.
* Service Campaign development -identifying opportunities
* Contact and convert customers to supplemental warranties upon warranty expiration
* Converting customers from supplemental warranty to full-service maintenance agreements
* Proposal generation for new and existing customers
* Process service agreements and one-time service billings
* Assist customers with enquiries and issues
* Collaborate with legal and finance on contract term negotiations
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


What else do I need to know?

* No weekends
* Full time 40 hours per week 8 hours per day
* Excellent rate of pay
* This role is expected to last between 3 and 6 months


What are we looking for?

* Undergraduate degree is desirable
* Prior telemarketing/ sales and customer service experience is a plus
* Experience using customer database and selling tools is a plus
* Strong Microsoft office skills
* Basic understanding of revenue, profit and margin
* Self-starter and can work independently
* Results driven
* Available immediately
