Job Title: Human Resources

Location: Haslingden

Salary: £32,500 to £36,500 based on skills experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

The role:

To work in partnership with the HR Manager to deliver guide and manage the overall provision of HR services, policies, and programs. Supporting the business to create a positive business culture with a motivated and engaged workforce. To work directly with department and direct line managers to provide systems and processes to maintain and develop the culture and core values of the business.

The Candidate:

  • Strong individual with an analytical approach with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and can work under pressure
  • A can-do attitude, able to overcome obstacles with a team approach
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others through the use of appropriate leadership styles
  • Organisational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Interpersonal skills that enable you to collaborate with people at all levels and to motivate others
  • Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly

Knowledge, Training and Experience required

  • Level 5 CIPD Award (essential) with at least 3 years working at this level
  • Excellent IT skills, proficient with all Microsoft Office Packages and HRIS and LMS systems
  • Previous experience in supporting the delivery of training in line with policies and procedures
