We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent - for a new opportunity with a multi-disciplinary Consultancy in Birmingham.
This is a new opportunity, based in Birmingham city centre, with a leading UK based Project Management, Cost Management and Building Consultancy offering over 40 years experience in the Construction and Property Industry. This is an award winning and widely recognised firm with an outstanding portfolio of projects. Clients include developers, end users and property firms with projects in commercial and industrial sectors, private residential and housing, universities and student accommodation to name but a few. They support their clients through the whole development process and focus on providing an outstanding service as well as supporting a people-orientated working environment that is both highly professional and personable.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver a number of residential schemes working with the team from inception to completion. Experience in the Employer's Agent role is also a definite advantage.
