Daniel Owen North are currently working with a market leading, national fit out contractor who are looking to appoint a Site Manager in Manchester City Centre. The ideal candidate will have client facing experience and will of managed Cat A & B fit outs from inception through to completion.
Roles & Responsibilities
- H&S of the entire project
- Management of staff
- Management of sub contractors
- Ensure the project programme is worked to and completed on time
- Management of day to day operational duties
- Client liaison (repeat business client)
- Company/project reports
- Chair weekly meetings
You must have...
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS
- Main Contractor background/experience
- Cat A & B fit out experience
