An incredible opportunity has just become available to join an independent insurance brokerage company based in central Bristol as their very first Product Manager. They are looking for a talented and driven Product Manager to work across several different niche brands (never a dull moment!) and become the central pillar in bringing their digital plans to life!

What is the role?

As their first Product Manager you will have a unique role within the team. You will look at the long-term vision of the company and create a clear and comprehensive roadmap on how best to achieve this. You will have the opportunity to take new products through the entire end-to-end product life cycle, as well as transitioning existing products online. As their Product Manager you can do it all; The research, design and development all within an agile and fast-moving environment.

Your skills need to include:

• Product development experience
• Project management experience/knowledge
• Experience with migrating back-office systems (desired)
• Knowledge of commercial insurance and schemes (desired)
• Experience of implementing and delivering a digital strategy
• Strong analytical, prioritisation, and negotiating skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience across multiple digital channels in relation to usability and customer experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively across a diverse set of teams towards product launch campaigns.
