Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Location: Romsey

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 D.O.E

Job type: Monday - Friday, 9-5:30, including a 1-hour lunch.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Account Manager. BPC Energy Ltd is an independently owned international corporation, offering an established and effective range of power protection products, services and sells to a very broad spectrum of industries and sectors.
This role will be responsible for developing and building successful long term client relationships to a number of existing key accounts. It is important the right candidate has excellent written and verbal communication and IT skills and be customer service oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, acting as the main point of contact to achieve long term success
  • Develop positive customer relationships
  • Customer interface directly and via email and telephone
  • Track and monitor sales targets/metrics, aligned with company objectives
  • To prepare product sales material and quotations
  • Respond to incoming enquiries in a timely manner
  • Negotiate and close sales
  • To be conversant in the BPC product range
  • Promote BPC products and services to existing customers
  • To ensure that the company's profile and image is always maintained at the highest standard.
  • To perform any other duties as instructed from time to time by any Director of the company or by the Sales Managers.

The Candidate:

  • Experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong written, listening and oral communication sales skills.
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Fully conversant in the spoken English language

  • 20 days holiday per annum this will increase by 1 day for each year of service up to a maximum of 25 days.
