Site Manager (Permanent)
I am working with a well know Property Maintenance contractor to help appoint an experienced Site Manager to look after one of their void Property portfolios in and around Manchester but to also oversee a Fire Risk Assessment Project.
Ideally, the right candidate will have a strong Public Sector background but also have had sufficient experience and involvement on Fire Risk Assessment projects. My client is looking for a site manager with the capability and confidence to run both schemes side by side with the Fire Risk work mainly being compromised of Sheltered Accommodation.
My client is specifically wanting somebody who has worked in the Public Sector, on these type of contracts and is aware of the work that this entails.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual who can effectively and confidentially look after several important contracts on behalf of my client, with good opportunities for growth.
Annual salary circa £40k + £2.5k car allowance + benefits.
