Our client a forward thinking and highly successful Law firm are looking to recruit an Assistant Legal Cashier to join their accounts team in Leeds.
Due to continued levels of growth and an influx of new work, the firm are now seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Assistant Legal Cashier to assist the team.
Reporting to the Accounts Manager, your role will include but not be exclusive to :
- Assisting the Legal Accounts Team with all client accounts posing
- Completing purchase ledger administrative duties
- Processing client and office transactions
- Resolving cash queries
- Posting of invoices
- Completing statement checks
- Completing banking duties
- Responding to queries for clients
- Previous experience of working within Legal Accounts
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook),
- Hands on experience of handling disbursements and client ledgers
- An understanding of the SRA Accounts Rules
