Our client a long standing ,and well-respected  specialist High-Street Practice are looking to recruit a private client fee earner to their team in Sheffield.

This firm have built an extremely strong local reputation which has seen them establish an impressive client base across Yorkshire . Due to expansion, they are now looking for a candidate to take on an active caseload of private client and court of protection matters, with support from the senior partner.

As the newly appointed Private Client Fee Earner your role will include but not be exclusive to:

• Managing a busy caseload of wills and probate matters
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Inheritance tax matters

To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of  12 months experience in a similar role as a qualified solicitor or an unqualified fee earner together with a Familiarity with Inheritance Tax principles.

The firm offer a competitive remuneration package depending on experience, the opportunity to independently run your own private client caseload with support from an experienced partner, progression opportunities and training contracts if you are unqualified.
