Daniel Owen are currently working with a regional main contractor to recruit a Project and Site Manager for an 18 month project in Leeds. This is a refurbishment of a current 8 storey building into Student Accommodation and the client are looking for experienced Managers who have worked on similar schemes.
The ideal candidates will have experience in a SM or PM position on large scale refurbs and be within good distance to Leeds.
