My client is a well-established law firm specialising in many areas of law, but with an established and reputable Private Client Department focusing on Wills, Trusts & Probate.  This Cumbria based firm are well known for their first-class reputation and forward-thinking approach and due to continued growth are now seeking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a choice of office base.

The Private Client team are dedicated to providing an outstanding service.  You will be part of a firm that is committed to the success of their employees, working with colleagues that have truly flourished from their training, through to becoming sought after Solicitors in their areas of expertise. 

As the successful Private Client Solicitor, you will ideally possess at least 5 years PQE and will be responsible for managing a varied caseload.  With your level of experience, you will be able to hit the ground running and work unsupervised as well as supporting other colleagues within the department.  You will be interacting with clients and handling your own cases with administrative support.  Applications will also be considered from candidates possessing a lower level of experience that can demonstrate their ability to run a complex private client caseload.
