Operations Shift Leader (Permanent)

Our client is a global leader of end-to-end device lifecycle management solutions and the world's fastest-growing device protection provider. They work with customers in approximately 50 countries touching every stage of a device's lifecycle, from when it's manufactured to the moment it's time to trade it in and re-market it.

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Shift Leader to join the Customisation warehouse team. The role will entail coordinating daily workloads and order flows to ensure that all resources are aligned to deliver customer requirements.

Duties may include:

* Reporting into the Customisation First Line manager.
* Planning work and resource within the department to ensure all orders have been completed within SLA.
* Ensure processes are being followed and recorded.
* Identifying areas of improvement and provide solutions.
* Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) through the effective use of resources, equipment, and information.
* Ensuring that individual performance is maintained at a high level through effective leadership, motivation, and personal example.
* Ensuring all documentation, reports and statistics are completed and where required communicated with the customers and management teams.
* Coaching, training, and development of colleagues within the team.
