Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Swindon / Homebased

Salary: up to £45,000 per annum + Commission/ Bonus

Part of SYNLAB Group - Europe's largest clinical diagnostics provider, SYNLAB Laboratory Services have helped thousands of our customers to identify, deter and rule out drug/ alcohol misuse within the workplace.

We are one of only a few providers to offer a combined in-house collection and laboratory service, enabling us to deliver industry-leading turnaround times.

Because of expansion, we are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join the team. The position is home-based/ remote.

Duties include:

  • Assist in the development of, and personally implement, sales plans to ensure the continued growth of alcohol/ drug testing service and pathology sales.
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Full lead generation and full sales cycle.
  • Manage projects and coordinate sales activities with a view to maximising market awareness of SYNLAB as a company. This will be achieved primarily through effective implementation of policies and services with end-users as well as the third-party customers.
  • Update customers on new technologies and products from SYNLAB. Effectively use clinical data available to add value and hence increase the sales line.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Business to business sales service experience.
  • Demonstrate the ability to generate leads to developing strong customer relationships.
  • Comfortable in working with autonomy.
  • Excellent presentation skills - both written and verbal.
  • Driver's Licence.

Desirable (not essential)

  • Laboratory, Drug & Alcohol or Pathology sector experience
  • Key Account Development experience
  • Life-sciences background
