A vacancy has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer in the Cardiff/ Pontypridd Area in a large and rapidly expanding progressive top 100 UK conveyancing law firm.
Previous residential conveyancing experience of dealing with a large volume of files is desirable but not essential as applications from NQ Solicitors or legal executives are also welcome.
This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to further progress their career in residential property. Full support is provided and the amount of supervision will depend on experience and qualifications.
The right person will have a flexible approach to work, recognising that working outside contracted hours may occasionally be required.
Essential qualities:
* IT knowledge and good IT skills
* Microsoft Office knowledge
* Ability to use a Case Management system
* Residential Conveyancing Experience - managing a varied caseload
* Excellent client care abilities
* Can meet deadlines
* Enthusiastic approach to work
