Are you a Senior UX Designer wanting the opportunity to work on something more purposeful?

We are delighted to be working with a company who have built a product that has a hybrid mission between commercial gain, and reducing Co2 emissions. This 3 year old start-up, who are supported by a large consultancy, have already had huge success and have won multiple awards, and they are literally only just getting started!
They are ready to bring in their first Senior UX Designer to come in and work closely with a UX Designer, Visual Designer, and Head of Product and Design. You will also work alongside their two Product Managers.
With a great focus on user centric experiences and building out a product led service offering, you will confidently drive research, create process & user flows, and create wireframes & prototypes. You'll be joining a talented team, with a great bond, and a really honest and energetic way of working.
This is a role with huge potential for growth and personal development, and likely to be a completely new product and industry to get your teeth into! By working on this incredibly disruptive product, you'll be helping your customers reduce cost, improve productivity and become more sustainable all at the same time! Given the stage and nature of the company also, this is a role that would provide leadership opportunity in future, if that was path you wanted to follow.
About you
- You have worked in a B2B company
- You are experienced in data visualization
- You are confident in conducting research - interviews, face to face, industry.& desk research, and user testing
- Inquisitive and a natural passion to always ask more, dig deeper, and identify true problems
- Innovative and creative in your approach to problem solving
