Senior UX/UI Product Designer

Bristol (remote working 2 days per week)

A growing Bristol based Software Development company are on the hunt for a Senior Designer to join their Product and Design team!

As a senior member of the design team, we'll also be looking for you to take on line management of 2 or 3 of the Product Designers within the team.

• To be suitable you will ideally have some agency or multi-client experience (but this is not essential).
• You will have some experience in strategically shaping new initiatives in collaboration with senior stakeholders, potentially as part of a sales process
• You will take a consultative and curious approach to design, and take others on the design journey with you.
• You will ideally have strong discovery/research experience.
• You will have an impressive portfolio, which displays complex and data led design process.
• You will need experience in both UX and UI, but can be stronger with one or the other.
