My client is a strong multinational company in the Crop Protection Industry and they are looking to hire a Regulatory Manager, who will be in charge of the new biological portfolio of products of the company.

The person will be actively working on the products on which every major player is investing, ensuring a bright future for his/her own career and a stimulating position where the person will be learning new regulations and be at the verge of innovation in today's agriculture.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Keep abreast of global policies and guidelines as they relate to the registration of biological plant protection products around the world with a focus on Europe.
- Participate in work groups and activities aimed at influencing government and industry in collaboration with the team.
- Support the development and implementation of global and local regulatory programs and enable the registration of the biological product portfolio.
- Advise the biological team on the register-ability of the new developments
- Work with regulatory scientists and specialists in obtaining and securing registrations
- Work closely with the biological team R&D, business and development groups.
- Train and support regulatory employees in relevant regulatory related issues as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Academic Background in Agrochemical.
- A minimum of 10 years experience working in the regulatory of Plant protection Products
- Detail oriented with proven leadership skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead communications with global regulatory agencies to facilitate review and approval of submissions
- ability to work from the office in England on a daily basis
