Working Hours: 38.5 hours per week - Continental Shift Pattern

Salary: £10.50ph to £11.75ph (£24,024 - 26,884pa) dependant on skills and experience

Here's What You Can Expect to Be Doing:

As a Production Operative you will play a pivotal role in creating high quality products for our customers. You will be:

• Setting and operating machines, working on a production line
• Regularly checking machines during operation to ensure the highest quality of product is produced
• Labelling and packing items ready for dispatch
• Conducting quality checks of the product
• Meeting production targets
• Completing production paperwork
• Completing daily checks
• Follow Safe Working Practices
• Adhere to Health & Safety and environmental procedures and regulations

A Few Things About You:

You must be a team player, be self-motivated, resilient under pressure and be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency and self-discipline to get the work done as you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our customers.

You will also have a great eye for detail as Quality is very important to us.

You must also be comfortable working flexible hours on a continental shift pattern, working days, nights, and weekends. This role requires standing for long periods.

Your Experience Will Include:

• Having previously worked as a production operative in manufacturing (Desirable) or;
• Having previously worked in a practical manual role
• You will have experience of working shifts

When You'll Be Working:

• 24/7 Rotating 4-week pattern, working rotating days and nights, hours from 07:00/19:00 to 19:00/07:00, average 38.5 hour working week
• 24/6 Rotating 4-week pattern, working rotating days and nights, hours from 07:00/19:00 to 19:00/07:00, average 38.5 hour working week (No Weekend Nights)
• 24/5 Rotating 4-week pattern, working rotating days and nights, hours from 07:00/19:00 to 19:00/07:00, average 38 hour working week (No working between 19:00 Friday to 19:00 on Sundays.
