Acorn is looking for Warehouse Operatives to work on a temporary to permanent basis in a busy logistics facility on Manor Park.
Job role will include:
* Order picking
* Packing
* Labelling
* Palletising
* Shrink wrapping
* Handballing
* Other ad hoc warehouse tasks
Requirements of the successful candidate:
* Previous experience of working within a warehouse environment would be an advantage
* Manual handling experience
* Health and safety awareness
* Good communication skills
* Hands on, can do attitude
The company will provide FLT training The licence gained is an external licence which can be used in other work places.
The successful candidates must be able to work a 3 shift rotational pattern.
6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm and 10pm - 6am
The rate of pay is £11.13 per hour for am and pm shifts and £12.13 per hour for nights. Enhanced rates for overtime are available
The contract is temporary to permanent.
