As a production packer operative you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to the efficient running of the production process.
Dependent of the department the role will involve working on packing lines, slicing and grating. The duties involve machine operation, quality and processing checks and general cleaning duties.
The successful candidates will have good communication skills, very good attention to detail, flexibility to work on shift patterns, food manufacturing experience, good health and safety awareness.
Shifts and Pay rates, Pre-AWR (first 12 weeks):
AM: 06:00 -14:00 - £9.75 p/h
PM: 14:00 - 22:00- £10.25 p/h
Overtime at rates above Pre AWR
Post-AWR (after 12 weeks):
AM: 06:00 -14:00 - £9.97 p/h and Overtime £14.95 p/h, Sundays £19.94 p/h
PM: 14:00 - 22:00- £11.40 p/h and Overtime £17.10 p/h, Sundays £22.80 p/h
