We are recruiting for a Junior Litigation Solicitor/Lawyer for a young and progressive law firm in North Dorset. The law firm offers a wide range of legal services to both businesses and individuals and is currently going through a period of expansion.
The firm is a trusted and established legal practice with a reputation for excellence and great client service.
The role requires the successful applicant to assist in a vast array of disputes in the County and High Courts.
These include but are not limited to:
* Professional Negligence
* Faulty Goods and Services
* Wills, Probate, Estates, Trusts and Inheritance Disputes
* Building Disputes
* Debt Recovery
* Boundary Disputes
* Commercial and contract disputes
Previous experience of litigation is essential, however the successful applicant will have the full support of the senior litigation partner and full administrative support is also provided.
The area of North Dorset provides for excellent recreational activities including hill-walking, climbing and sailing to name but a few.
