Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Flint (Flintshire)

Salary: £45,000

The company:

Jonarve Ltd is a rapidly growing, privately owned toiletries contract manufacturer & as part of our succession planning, we need to recruit a Production Manager.

The Role:

• To ensure that all factory floor activity is performed in accordance with the approved procedures
• Through leadership & training of staff, to ensure that all output meets the required quality standard.
• Recruitment / development / discipline of all subordinate staff.

Skills & experience required:

• Ability to organise & prioritise own & departmental workload & to focus on core issues.
• Leadership experience in a batch manufacturing environment & an understanding of effectively managing employee relations
• Knowledge of cGMP, Quality and Health and Safety.
• Analytical abilities to examine & assess quality & output data in order to formulate & implement a programme of continuous improvement
• Minimum 5 years supervisory or management experience in an FMCG production environment - preferably contract manufacturing.
• Open attitude / Easy communicator / Encouraging
