Conveyancing Paralegal (Permanent)

I am delighted to bring to your attention a new opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal with a well-established Law Firm in Manchester.

This highly reputable firm is a well-established top 40 international Law Firm with various locations throughout the UK and an international network, who offer fantastic progression opportunities.

The ideal candidate will provide a quality and comprehensive conveyancing service with a customer service focus, you will have at least 12 months prior experience and knowledge of the entire Conveyancing process to include post completion work and be familiar with the roles of support teams such as New Business and Accounts in the process.

The role will involve assisting the UK conveyancing team and working with Fee Earners on general administration including, drafting contract packages, searches, exchange and completion letters, progress the administration of transactions proactively with all key stakeholders in the process, keep task reports up to date daily and ensure that the case management system is kept in an orderly manner and up to date.

As well as joining a reputable firm and being part of a high performing team, they offer top quality training and development including the opportunity to gain the CLC qualification in house.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, the successful candidate can expect a salary ranging from £20-£25k as well as a generous pension contribution, 25 paid working days holiday per annum with the option to buy up to 8 additional days.
